1 Who we are and scope

LIVE LARGE Holiday Homes Rental LLC operates https://www.livelarge.ae and is responsible for the website and enquiry information described in this notice. This notice covers website visits and related enquiries by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Contact Ryan at info@livelarge.ae or +971 58 569 8095 about privacy matters. A separate company may provide a service you request. The relevant service agreement identifies that provider. Additional privacy information may be needed for bookings, guest registration, property transactions or other service-specific records; this notice does not authorise collection or sharing of information beyond what is lawful for the relevant purpose.

2 Information we receive

Our main enquiry form asks for your first and last name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and enquiry type. You may also provide a property or service reference, preferred contact method and message. When you contact us directly, we receive the information you provide in that communication. Website technology may process your IP address, device and browser information, online identifiers, pages visited and interactions. Such information can be personal information even where it does not include your name. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send passport or Emirates ID copies, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form. If a requested service requires further information, ask us about the appropriate collection channel.

3 Why information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand the property or service you are seeking and take steps you request in relation to that service. Website information supports website operation, security and, where lawfully enabled, analytics and advertising measurement. Processing must have a basis permitted by applicable law. This may include steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, handling legal claims, or consent where required. Accepting website terms or sending an enquiry is not blanket consent for unrelated uses of your information.

The website uses Squarespace and includes Google Analytics and Meta Pixel technology. These tools can support website operation, usage measurement and advertising measurement. Technical and online identifiers may be processed by these providers. The website provides cookie controls to accept or decline optional cookies and manage preferences. You can revisit the available choices through Cookie Preferences. Browser settings also allow you to manage stored cookies. Disabling cookies may affect some features. 5 Communications and marketing

Selecting email, telephone or WhatsApp as your preferred contact method relates to responding to your enquiry. It does not by itself authorise ongoing promotional messages. Any marketing must comply with applicable consent, consumer-protection and communications requirements. To ask us to stop promotional contact, email info@livelarge.ae or use an unsubscribe option provided in the message. This does not prevent communications needed to deal with a service you requested or a legal obligation.

6 Providers and disclosure

Website providers and the communication services you choose may process information needed to operate their services. Squarespace supports the website; Google Analytics and Meta Pixel support the configured analytics and advertising functions. WhatsApp and other linked platforms also process information under their own notices when you use them. Information may be disclosed where necessary and lawfully permitted to deal with your requested service, comply with a legal obligation or valid authority request, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Any service-specific sharing must be explained where required. We do not treat this notice as permission for unrestricted disclosure.

7 International processing

Website and communication providers may process information outside the UAE. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements must be met; this notice does not obtain blanket consent to overseas processing. 8 Retention and security

Personal information should be retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it is processed and applicable legal requirements. Relevant factors include the nature and status of an enquiry or service, record-keeping obligations, and any claim or dispute. Contact us to ask about retention of a particular record. We are responsible for applying the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. This does not remove our obligations or your rights.

9 Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.
